We celebrated Bryson's christening in a small white Methodist church nestled in the sea grass of Florida in Ft. Washington. The small church was welcoming and felt full of love and family as we squeezed in those able to attend.
The minister held Bryson who stayed happy just checking everyone out through the service. I think at one point he made noise, but just to chat back to the minister from the sounds.
The post party was fun with family and friends mingling over babies, shrimp and cake. Balloons added an extra touch of blue and silver, and a cross cake with blue and white frosting declared it Bryson's day. Scott also made sure Bryson got practice right away cutting his own cakes.
We even got to test out our new video recorder. New only due to lack of us using it. This seemed like the perfect time to have an extra one on hand.

The photo is of Grandpa (Al), Scott and Bryson. As you can tell Bryson loved the blue shirt. It makes it more special knowing the story behind the the shirt. It was made by grandma Phyllis from a fabric mom brought back from Hawaii. Grandpa kept saying he wore it to make sure she was there.
