Today Greg got his new computer. His eyes lit up when he saw the huge box on the front porch. he grabbed scissors and started tearing away at the packaging before changing out of his tie. The tower is more a piece of furniture. With technology striving to make everything smaller, it was shocking to see this monster. Luckily it has a whole room to grow in.
We are only part way through installing and starting the thing, but I got an awesome side addition.
The new computer came with cables to convert the normal TV output to a regular S-video connection. I had tried looking months ago for just such a connection. Within 10 minutes I had decent quality streaming video from netflix watch it now on the tv. Now I just need to figure out the sound....
