This weekend we got to see lots of New Jersey. Traffic was good Friday afternoon, so we made it up just after dinner time. Greg's dad had some spicy homemade venison chili.
Saturday started as a humid rainy day, as Greg and his dad ran out for some guy time and I jumped int he car for a drive to Long Beach Island (LBI). I meet up with Greg's mom and some of his family on LBI for a cousin's bridal shower.
It was then back to South Jersey for Kevin's graduation party, and seeing Sandy's side of the family. After lots of good food, laughter and socializing, we drove Mum-mum home on our way into Philadelphia.
We got to Joe and Neeena's to find everyone playing Rock Band on the Wii. eventually dessert was brought out to everyone shouting happy birthday to Joe for the start his 30th year of life.
Exhausted but happy we got to see everyone we headed back to Greg's dad's place early Sunday morning.
We awoke to the smells of coffee and bacon! And shortly after saying Happy fathers day to Greg's dad, we said hi to Step siblings and their family.
While we have been in Jersey a bunch the past couple months, it was good to make time and actually sit down and chat with friends and family. We got updates and could honestly say it was great to see everyone.
