This weekend we headed up to see the extended Rollin's family in New Jersey. Friday we got to just hang out with Sandy, Greg's mom, which was a nice change from the normal run into town get the newest info then say bye and run to the next house.
She made shrimp scampi which I still can't get right - that one recipe will stay "mom's".
Saturday we got up (late) and headed over to Gram's for some more packing and picking up.
Saturday night was the attempt to take Mum-mum to church. They had special Easter services not at the normal time, so we walked into a dark church. All turned out well though as mum-mum was thrilled to hit Houlihan's and get some french onion soup.
Sunday was an early family dinner at Sandy's place. Here is one shot of the grand kids:
