Paintball

Today was Kat's first attempt at the sport of paint ball. Greg, the veteran, helped her with clothes and tips on how to stay alive during the game. He also tried to lure her in with words of 'it does not really hurt.' She was able to successfully hit him once, and lost count of how many times she was hit.

It turned out to be really fun with a little exercise and a lot of fresh air. if only the temperature for the day had stayed under 90 degrees, we may have stayed more then half a day. I think both of us would defiantly try this again.
